Am I fooling myself that I don’t care how others see me given I colour coordinate my bikepacking clothing? And do humans have any choice in the matter, given it appears other animals are also fashion victims, including orca?

People are kind
My empirical observations while cycle touring confirm people are innately kind. My hypothesis is that societal requirements and dictates get in the way of that fundamental human behaviour, putting other values above kindness.
